How do I upload files via FTP?
Using your favorite FTP program, simply log in to www.qspd.com, Port 21000, using 'guest' and 'guest' as the username and password. This should log you in to our upload folder.

Can you work with graphics made in MS-Word?
Yes but, we prefer Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, tiff, eps,or PDF files.
